Scatter plot

To run a scatter plot

1. Go to the Graphs Menu- Legacy Dialogs- click on scatter/dot

• The scatter/dot dialogue box opens

2. Select simple linear scatter plot
3. Click the define button

-the simple linear scatterplot dialogue box appears

4. Select the variables for the Y-axis and X-axis and drag them to their respective axes.
5. Click ok

• The output of the scatterplot appears in the output window.
