Letter to Eisenhower

Please go to the website of NPR.org and listen to the segment concerning Brown v. Board of Education and reactions of the citizenry (“Brown v. Board: Letters to Eisenhower) which you may find here.    Write a 1-page reaction to the letters to President Eisenhower.  How did the decision made by the judicial branch of government affect the Office of the President? Explain.  How do these letters add to your understanding of the sentiment of Southerners around desegregation?
